Custom Orders

Z MALAN specializes in made-to-order custom hats and headpieces. Each piece is handmade; therefore, slight differences vary with each piece.

Materials

Most of the materials used in production at Z MALAN are seasonably available and in limited supply.  Many of the feathers, trims and adornments used on our hats and headpieces are custom-made, vintage, or one-of-a-kind and cannot be reordered or reproduced.  As a result, substitutions are sometimes necessary.  In such cases, the customer will be notified prior to production.  Customers requesting headpieces from other than the current season should expect substitutions.  

Payment

All Z MALAN hats and headpieces are made-to-order and must be paid in full prior to production. 

Z MALAN accepts all major credit and debit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover

Shipping and Delivery

All Z MALAN pieces are custom-made and usually ships 3-4 weeks after purchase. This production time is our best estimate unless alternative arrangements are made prior to purchase.  The turnaround time does not include shipping times.  

RUSH production and delivery may be available.  Please contact us via email prior to purchase with RUSH requests.
