Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please note that due to the custom nature of every item we create and sell, Z MALAN does not accept any returns or exchanges.  Each piece is handmade; therefore, slight differences vary with each piece.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify the shipping company immediately.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All Z MALAN hats and headpieces are made-to-order and must be paid in full prior to production. 

Z MALAN accepts all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover)

How long before my hat or headpiece ships? 

All of our pieces are made to order and usually ships 3-4 weeks after purchase. This production time is our best estimate unless alternative arrangements are made prior to purchase.  The turnaround time does not include shipping times. 

Please note, each piece is handmade, therefore, slight differences vary with each piece.

Do you accept rush orders?

Yes!  We accept rush orders.  If you require your order in less than 3-4 weeks, please email us prior to purchase to ensure we are able to accommodate your rush order deadline. zmalan@zmalan.com

A formal rush order invoice including the applicable rush order fee and shipping cost will be emailed to you.   

What are your U.S. shipping rates and methods?

Z MALAN is offering FREE SHIPPING for a limited time only (Restrictions do apply).

How can I track my package?

When your order is complete, you will receive an email notifying you that we have completed and shipped your order. A second email will also be sent at this time with your tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally.  However, we intend to ship internationally in the near future.

Questions regarding our handmade products 

Our custom-made pieces are all designed and created by hand; therefore, slight differences vary with each piece. 

Most of the materials we use in production at Z MALAN are seasonably available and in limited supply.  Many of the feathers, trims and adornments used on our hats and headpieces are custom-made, vintage, or one-of-a-kind and cannot be reordered or reproduced.  As a result, substitutions may be necessary.

Please note:  Colors may be represented differently due to photography lighting or your computer screen.

Yes. Please contact us at zmalan@zmalan.com with a picture of the item or the website it was featured on and we would be happy to recreate the item if possible.
